M/s Landmark Realtors Limited is a professional firm and a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya on 28th April 1999. The firm is the successor of Landmark Valuers that was founded in 1994. The firm on 13th April 1999 changed its name to Landmark Realtors Limited and Mr. Kaberere Ndung’u, Mr. Chege Waiganjo, Mr. Paul Mwangi and Mr. John Kamau are the directors.

The core areas of business specialization include the following: –

  • Valuation of fixed and movable assetse. land, buildings, plant & machinery, equipment, motor vehicles, chattels and shares etc for purposes of mortgage, debenture, sales, rental assessment, rating, insurance, audit and book keeping and privatization amongst others.
  • Project appraisalse viability and feasibility studies
  • Estate agencye Letting and selling of properties
  • Property management including both residential and commercial
  • Facilities management
  • Site acquisition services

The Directors of the firm are Full Members of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (I.S.K.) and are Registered and Licensed to practice as Valuers and Estate Agents by the respective statutory Registration Boards in accordance with the provisions of the Valuers Act Cap 532 of The Laws of Kenya and the Estate Agents Act Cap. 533 of The Laws of Kenya.

Mr. Kaberere Ndung’u and Chege Waiganjo both hold a Masters Degree in Valuation and Property Management and are also members of other international professional bodies as outlined under their resumes.Besides the four (4) directors, there are (3) other registered, licensed  practicing valuers who are Full members of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (M.I.S.K.) and three (3) assistant valuers who are Graduate Members of I.S.K (GMISK).
